Our Services:
We are licensed community care clinics providing consultations on abortion, adoption and parenting. We provide pregnancy tests, ultrasound exams, prenatal care, STD testing and treatment, abortion pill reversal, and other support services. RealOptions does not charge for services, including medical visits and consultations. However, laboratory fees for STD screenings – charged by the outsourced lab and treatment fees of $30 do apply. We take cash, credit & debit cards. None of your medical visits will appear on your insurance records.

Our board certified OB/GYN physician, registered nurses, nurse practitioner, and support staff are highly trained and dedicated to meeting your health care needs. We are here to offer you a safe place to ask questions and get answers.
