What is the church? It seems like such a simple question, but different people give vastly different answers. Our culture, both Christian and non-Christian, has had more influence on the way we do church than most of us would like to admit. Let us take a look at what the Bible says about the church and see if we need to think differently about how we engage with each other as we meet together. The story that the Bible tells is so rich that we risk missing out on one of God's greatest blessings if we miss what He desires for His Church. On the other hand, we stand to gain the world if we are ready to receive it.
