Abusive Shepherds and Fat Sheep
Ezekiel offers the people in exile an oracle of combined judgment and restoration. The failed leaders of Israel are judged, and a promise is made for a new kind of a leader and a transformed community. As we see God's promises to his people, we consider our own lives and our responsibility toward leaders in our world.
