Finding help during dark times

As a community we care about mental health, and want to support one another.  You or people you know may be struggling with depression, burnout, loneliness, and other experiences. Our staff would love to be a listening ear of support. If desired, we would also love to help you connect you with trained mental health professionals. Below is a list of resources to help support your mental health.

For Emergency Mental Health Support

If you are in need of immediate mental health support and/or are concerned about taking your own life, please:

For Therapeutic Support

Looking for a therapist can be a daunting process. It can be hard to know where to start. You are welcome to reach out to pastors for some recommendations. Though we do not have an officially endorsed list, we have some word of mouth recommendations. Below is also a list of some Christian therapists in the area.
