I'm NewSermons

Join our live stream worship service featuring engaging music and relevant teaching from the Bible at, the PBC YouTube Channel, and Facebook.

The story of Joseph is one of the richest and most detailed personal narratives in the Bible. As we encounter Joseph’s story, we will see echoes in our own lives. We will be reminded of God’s faithful work in and through us even when that seems impossible. We will receive hope for transformation and redemption in the dark places. Most of all, we will be led to the one who gives us hope for salvation: Jesus Christ.

January 17  | Get Back in the Story

Audio, video and text versions of each message in the series will be available weekly in the Sermon Library.

Race and justice can be uncomfortable topics to talk about. However, our leadership team at PBC believe that we, as the church, have a responsibility to play a role in addressing racism and injustice in our society. Click the button below and lean into these topics with us.

In lieu of our annual MLK Palo Alto Churches Prayer Walk we will be hosting three online prayer gatherings via Zoom on January 18. We will gather to hear hope, lament and pray for our city and nation. Click on the link below to find out how to join a gathering.

We are continuing to look at cultural issues and learn how to have healthy, Christ-centered conversations about these topics.

Sexuality: How can we be loving while holding onto a traditional sexual ethic? Virtual presentation and Q&A.

Racial Justice: Virtual movie screening of Before They Die. This documentary film follows the survivors of the 1921 Tulsa Race Riot in their quest for justice. Movie and moderated dialogue with the director

Feeling isolated during this time? We’d love to connect you to our community. All of our ministries continue to offer weekly online connecting points that can help PBCers and our newcomers get plugged in. We also have new small groups that are forming for connection, prayer and fellowship. Fill out a Connect Card and we’ll follow up. If you need prayer, fill out a Prayer Request.

Grace Givers

Sermon on the Mount

How do you respond when you feel attacked? Our natural tendency is to defend ourselves or attack back, but Jesus calls something more compelling: grace. Grace is at the center of the gospel, and Jesus invites us to keep it at the center of our lives as well.
