Welcome to the Young Adults Fellowship at PBC!

We are a group of young adults in our 20s and beyond who meet together to connect with God, connect with each other, and serve others in our church and community. If you are new to the area or are looking for a community to pursue God with together, please visit us!

We meet at 7:30 PM in the D-building at PBC. Our gathering time includes worship, teaching, and small group discussion. There is nothing formal for the group on Sunday mornings, though most people from the group sit together at church and go out for lunch afterwards. On the first Thursday of every month, we meet at 6:30 PM to have dinner together before our gathering.

During January and February 2012, we'll be studying snapshots from the book of Acts in a series called Acts of God. After studying Nehemiah in the fall and getting energized by our fall retreat, we're looking at how the early church grew and mobilized for the sake of God's work in the world. We'll look at issues of community, authenticity, devotion, obedience, and service.

In addition, we'll be reading through the book of Acts together using a weekly reading plan. We'll also deal with some extra topics, like service and evangelism at some of our meetings. Finally, we're putting together a bunch of service opportunities through a local service organization that we are encouraging everyone to participate in once during the months of January and February.

Looking forward, we'll talk about spiritual disciplines in March and then do a series on relationships (friends, family, church, and romantic) in April and May.

If you're new to the area, we welcome you to join us. If you're trying to plug in for the first time or plug in again, come join us. We are an ever-changing group of people as new people are always coming into the area. Join us on our journey.
