For those actively attending PBC...

PBC's tradition has been to create a new pictorial directory every three years. In our ever-changing community, it is nice to see the new faces who have joined us, as well as keep track of how our families are growing and changing. Thank you for participating and helping us make our community more familiar.

We shall work with Lifetouch, a company that specializes in church directories and portraits, to accomplish this goal. Professional photographers will be on site in February and March 2017 to take your individual and family photographs. You will be given a complimentary 8" x 10" photograph and a copy of the pictorial directory when it arrives in early spring. You will also have the option of purchasing additional photographs from Lifetouch.

Provide Database/Directory Information

Provide us with your contact information using the form to the right. The information will be added to PBC's database for internal use. Use the check boxes on the form to indicate the information you want to be printed in the Pictorial Directory.  Use the box at the bottom of the form to indicate you do not want your information included in the directory.

An information form will be included in the February 5 and 12 bulletins. Completed forms can be dropped in the offering basket or dropped off at the PBC Office by February 19.

Note: You do not have to have your picture in the directory to have your contact information included. Those who include information, but no photo, will receive a printout of the contact information, but not a pictorial directory.

Appointments can be made through LifeTouch. We will also be taking appointments on the church patio Sunday mornings, February 5, 12, and 19.

Preparing for Your Photo Session

Plan one hour for check-in, photography, and portrait selection. This year, the background for our directory photographs will be grey. You may want to keep this in mind as you choose your photo wardrobe. 

FAQs

Q: Is there a charge to have my photograph taken?
A: No, there is no charge to your or to PBC if you participate.

Q: What do I receive for having my photograph taken?
A: All families and individuals will receive a complimentary 8x10 professional portrait and a free church directory.

Q: When will I see my photo proofs?
A: The digital proofs will be available for you to view and make your selection for the directory immediately following your photography session.

Q: Can I receive additional copies of my photograph?
A: Yes, you can purchase additional photographs (at a 20% discount) from Lifetouch, who will be producing the directory. Lifetouch accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, cash, and personal checks. You are under no obligation to purchase additional photographs.

Q: Where will the photography sessions be held?
A: In the D-building at PBC.
