Sunday Group Gatherings

Calendar-3
The Sunday morning adult groups are venues where people can step away from their daily responsibilities and gather as a community to study and consider the Word, share together in discussion, pray, and have fun.  Everyone serves as both participants in sharing from their lives as well as recipients of others' encouragement and support.

8:00am - 8:45am

Seeking the Father's Face - Prayer
We begin with a scriptural focus bringing our minds and hearts before the Lord, then corporately intercede for PBC church ministries, individuals in the body, and for our community, nation, and world.
Led by Craig Duncan.

9:00am - 10:15am

Couples
Equipping couples to grow spiritually, build solid families, and serve their communities within the context of marriage and family. A mix of teaching and facilitated discussions of Scripture and biblical topics.
Led by Alex & Alma Cho.

Step Closer
A joyful gathering celebrating recovery, freedom, and new life in Christ! We worship through singing, prayer, and teaching, and we experience a rich sense of community through fellowship and sharing.
Led by Andy Burnham.

9:30am - 10:30am

College

10:45am - 12:00pm

Engage
Enlightened by the content of the 9:00 am service, we engage with one another as we encounter the word; encouraging a walk of faith, endeavoring to love more deeply, and envisioning a hope filled future (I Thessalonians 1:3).
Led by Tom & Kathy Means.

Forum
A gathering of adults focusing on expositional Bible Study. We encourage questions and comments so that we can better understand the text/topic we are studying.  Feel free to visit occasionally or come for an extended stay.
Led by Steve Holmlund.

Parenting (2nd & 4th Sundays, August through May)
Ever feel confused as a parent, not sure if you are doing too much or too little? Join with others for encouragement thru scripture, sharing, and prayer. The book Parenting with Love & Logic by Cline and Faye will give us tips to lovingly raise our children to become responsible adults.
Led by Chuck Merritt. (For parents of children of all ages.)
