Moms' Connection is a community of mothers of young children gathering together weekly to:
Women's Connection home page.
We meet together weekly from Sept to May to offer friendship, encouragement, and support in following Jesus and loving our kids. Each of our small groups meets for the year and includes a mentor mom who offers wisdom and support to our young moms.
We meet with the Women's Connection Bible Study on Thursday mornings at 9:30am. All women join together in our Fellowship Hall for a time of teaching and worship. At 10:30am, moms stay in the Fellowship Hall and break up into our small groups while the WC Bible Study small groups relocate to various rooms around the PBC campus. The morning ends at 11:45am, but all women are invited to bring a bag lunch and meet in the Fellowship Hall (kids welcome) for a casual lunch time.
A children's program offers moms a break for the morning as they attend their group. There the children have an opportunity to learn and play in a safe and fun setting with dedicated teachers. We are committed to providing a warm and friendly environment where children are safe, accepted, and loved. We must have an RSVP from you to secure a spot in the program for your child. If you plan on attending the Moms' Connection on Thursday mornings, please RSVP right away so we can start our planning and the recruiting of needed staff.
You may register online or by contacting PBC's children's pastor, Joseph Parker, at joseph_parker@pbc.org or calling 650/494-3840 x253. Registration for families new to PBC are welcomed throughout the year.
During the summer, we are not meeting on Thursdays but are meeting casually at various parks on Monday mornings. Check the calendar or contact Kim for more info.
