Once you have a better idea of how you would like to get involved in The Lighthouse, it is now time to get started in the staffing process. 

Because we take both the safety of our children as well as the proper training of their caregivers quite seriously, every staff (volunteer and compensated alike) must follow this process:

  • Complete an application
  • Background and references checked
  • Interview
  • Orientation
